Don’t Mess With The Bible III Prov. 30: 6 CLICK TITLE FOR AUDIO
This broadcast is a continuation of yesterday’s broadcast on modern bibles and their perversions. The Bible gives clear instructions in Rev 22:18-19 and Deut 4:2 that we are not to add to or subtract from the words of God. And yet, the modern bible translator seem to think nothing of hacking away at and corrupting the pure words of God. Of course, they use manuscript evidence and “original” languages to justify their changes. But when you see what they are changing you see that the devil is behind this work. Notice the following changes:
1 Jn 5:7 has been entirely removed and yet the removal has been disguised by splitting either v.6 or v.8 in two and moving half of either of these verses into v.7. This is the ultimate slight of hand maneuver perfected my magicians. It is a crooked, underhanded trick since this one verse is the greatest verse in the Bible on the Trinity.
Acts 4:27, 30; 1 Tim 3:16; 1 Tim 6:10; 6:20; 2 Tim 2:15 have all had very significant and yet subtle [Gen 3:1] changes made to them that have major doctrinal implications. As a matter of fact, we have seen the fruit of these changes in the churches which have been infiltrated by the prolific use of modern versions.
In Acts 7:45 and Heb 4:8, Jesus has been changed to Joshua to remove the clear references to the work of Jesus in the Old Testament, see Ex 23:20, 23 and Jos 5:13-15.
In Acts 12:4, modern translators changed Easter to Passover. We deal thoroughly in the broadcast with why this changes is an absolute perversion of the truth.
At the conclusion of the broadcast we deal with what on preacher called “The big Five.” These are the five changes that occur in ALL modern bibles. The changes reveal the underlying motive of the translators. These verses are 2 Cor 2:17; 1 Thes 5:22; 1 Tim 6:5; Rom 1:18; and Rom 1:25.
