Stick With Sound Doctrine

Don’t turn aside to:

Fables – Fable preachers will use the Bible to preach and teach instead of preaching and teaching the Bible.

Endless genealogies – They’re concerned with camps and divide over personalities, styles, and methods of preaching and teaching.  They’re more about the man than the Bible.

Commands – They destroy true spiritual liberty by pressures developed from pulpits.

Vain jangling – getting off on side topics rather than sticking with doctrine.
