Habits

Habits are things we do repeatedly, most of the time we are hardly aware that we have them. They’re on autopilot.          

 True or false:

It is easier to give up good ones than bad ones.

It is easier to identify bad habits in other people rather than yourself.

 (Illustration): Four plants: seed, rooted, scrub, tree – easier to get rid of when small than when grown into a hard tree [works both ways].

Some are good, some bad, and some don’t matter.

Abraham Lincoln once said, “If given eight hours to cut down a tree, I would spend the first four hours sharpening my saw”, Take the time to prepare yourself for things that are ahead of you.
